Visited again since the "update"...still nothing there.
If you want to grab someone's interest you need to have something...anything to look at. Nothing makes me move on faster than having to click on a link just to get another link. No offense...but have you ever surfed the internet? What gave you the impression that a few links on a page could be called a website? You need to do some "major" updates...add some previews at least ao when someone clicks on your links they have something to see.

Use a different font! Times New Roman is a font for print. Use any sans-serif, websafe font.
It looks like you just used an ordinary template for your site design. Everyone needs a place to start though, I suppose.
You should go look at some more innovative websites for some inspiration. There's a place called coolhomepages.com I heard about that has, well, 'cool' homepages. If you're using a program like Dreamweaver, view the source of a page you like and copy it to the HTML editor. Look at what they do, but don't steal.
I'm suddenly happy that I never shamelessly advertised my site here. I'm scared of what you all would say.

Try < HR width=75%> so that the lines you have on the page between items don't go over your borders (TACKY).
I agree with everyone else, its very plain, and need something. lots of somethings.
You might want to look at some templates out there to get some ideas on web designs.
