I am trying to choose a language for making software on windows. What would you recomend?

when i hover my mouse cursor over a menu, the sub-menu pops-out to fast. i used a thing to make my computer run faster, and this was one of the things it did. i have bin using tweak ui to change that setting. but every time i restart the computer the setting changes back. Is there a registry key i can change to set that back?

Today I found aero diamond. I was wondering if anyone had a picture of diamond? i did find articles on woncustomize but it did not give info about diamond. if anyone has pictures can you post them please?

When I load Gimp it stops at "Loading Fonts" Gimp stops responding, and then it takes a year to load. after it loads it works fine. this happened after i install a font. does anyone know how to fix it.

when i start up my computer it has an error. explorer.exe, the application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000ba). HELP!!
